Under the FILO Licence Agreement, records of your usage and relevant data is logged for statistical and business purposes.

There are instances when the FILO administrators and/or system may request personal information (for example, when a user is registering, renewing a licence or changing his/her details). We will not collect or solicit personal information via the FILO system that would be unlawful, unnecessary or unrelated to its functions.
