Licence agreement

iVET.com.au and the application, Food Industry Learning Online (www.filo.com.au), are owned by the NSW Food Industry Training Council Limited (NSWFITC).

A licence is required to access and use the FILO system, www.filo.com.au. A licence grants a password to a user within a designated secure node in the FILO system and may be used only by the intended person for the agreed term. The password must be kept securely to ensure it cannot be discovered by anyone else.

Acceptable Use

By subscribing, accessing, browsing or trialing FILO, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the NSW Food Industry Training Council at all times.

FILO content is provided "as is" with no express or implied warranty. Any mistakes in this information that are brought to our attention will be corrected as soon as possible.

NSWFITC reserves the right to change FILO and impose new terms and conditions on the use of the FILO system, at any time. Any resource or software updates that occur during the term of a subscription may be delivered to the licensed user as decided by NSWFITC.

In order to utilise FILO online, you must incur any associated costs for your internet access and usage.

Copyright

NSWFITC claims copyright ownership of the FILO system and the associated content and information stored, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The licensed user or delegated users may view, print, save, copy, edit and distribute resources from the FILO system for educational and training use only, as long as the copyright owner, is given credit and the copyright notice is inserted at the head of any copies made.

The licenced user or delegated users also agree to the following:

• not to duplicate the content for sale or commercial distribution unless and until written approval is given by NSWFITC;
• not to use FILO in any way that infringes the copyright of the resources and/ or the FILO system;
• not to use the FILO system or resources in any way that implies ownership by another organisation or website;
• not to hack or breach the security of the FILO system, nor to attempt to test or probe the network or to submit any software that could in any way violate the system or server integrity. NSWFITC reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and act accordingly.

Liability

NSWFITC accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered because a person has directly or indirectly relied on any content or information stored in the FILO system, www.filo.com.au.

Subscription

The subscription period for your FILO node is for 12 months. NSWFITC will provide a user name and password for your FILO node within a reasonable period once the Subscription Form and payment are received.

Restrictions

Each subscription is limited to the number of resources and users you specify for a one year period. At any time, you may extend your subscription to include further resources or users for the remainder of the term of your subscription.
