FILO is the new generation learning management system that allows you to create a virtual training college with a virtual campus at each location, author documents centrally or locally and distribute them to your trainers for further personalization for each learner as required. Help meet your AQTF compliance by keeping your policies, a copy of the Training Package and other documents within your node for ready access by each trainer.You will have the power to manage all aspects of your own FILO environment. Each FILO node allows you full administration, authoring, trainers and learners rights. You can retain or grant permissions to author your node's documents, set up sites and allocate users to each, give learners access to your courses and assess and record results. The four user roles are: Administrators- create your own site structure within your FILO node
- allocate users (other administrators, authors, trainers, learners) to each site and give relevant resources to each user
Authors- rewrite, add to and delete from assigned sections of a resource to customise for individual clients, industry sector, production process and /or factory location
Trainers- can be assigned 'authoring rights' to further customise resources (by changing scenarios, case studies, examples, problem-solving exercises etc) to suit their learners
- may write and allocate assessments to classes of learners
- evaluate learners' assessment tasks and provide individual feedback

FILO will enhance your company wide training initiatives by providing an integrated system for geographically dispersed plants that can be managed nationally or devolved to state or local levels. Your generic national training manuals may be easily copied in the system, adapted to meet the legislative requirements of each state or local government jurisdiction. Relevant content including photos, diagrams and contacts for line processes or plants may be readily incorporated. Learners access your personal FILO homepage with your user name and password. Your trainer presents your learning materials and assessments with relevant instructions.
